Be reliable. Our parties are a once a year event and letting down a child on their special day is simply not an option. The successful candidate will feel the same as we do.

Full & clean driving license. You do not need a bus/large vehicle license but you should be a confident driver.

Able to work weekends

Independent - you will be working alone once training is completed.

DBS checked (we can provide this but you must have a clear check).

Prepping the bus for that day’s parties

Safely arriving at the party location and setting up for the party.

Leading and supervising a craft activity for a group of up to 15 children

Cleaning and decorating the bus between parties.

A comprehensive training program - you will be shadowing/assisting each party activity at least twice before leading them yourself.

Minibus driving and manoeuvring training. You are able to drive the bus on a standard license.

Paediatric first aid training

Pay during the training period will be at £10/hour.

Once you are running parties independently the pay is £16.70 per hour. Generally you will work a 9 hour day from 9am-6pm as we almost always have 2 bookings per day. Any working time over that 9 hours is paid at £18/hour.
