Are you planning a festival, fair or large party? The Craft’d Bus is the perfect solution for keeping your guests entertained!
We offer drop in crafts that take 10-15 minutes to complete and can take an average of 25-40 children crafting per hour, depending on the package chosen. Have a look at some of the example crafts we can offer below.
We travel up to 20 miles from TN1 free of charge. Outside of this radius is charged at £2/mile and are considered on a case by case basis. There may be additional charges for events significantly far away.
Pricing
You can choose between the following 2 packages:
£400 for 2 hours of crafting (minimum)
Any additional hours are charged at £185 each.
All crafting takes place on the bus with one member of staff.
£600 for 2 hours of crafting (minumum)
Any additional hours are charged at £285 each.
Additional table and benches outside the bus - enabling us to cater to 40 children per hour. 2 members of staff.
Both packages include as standard:
All resources prepared and ready to go
Paper bags to carry their items in (if needed)
The bus (and outside area with the premium event package) decorated to the theme of the event/birthday
Lighting (and heating if access to electricity is possible)
Clear signage outside the bus (easels etc)
One craft activity (this can be swapped to a second activity for events longer than 2 hours)
Craft options
This is just a small selection of the crafts available. In the past we have matched crafts to the event theme, such as making fleecy dog toys at a dog themed market and making magic wands at a woodland festival. If you have a theme in mind let us know and we can come back with some suggestions.
