Are you planning a festival, fair or large party? The Craft’d Bus is the perfect solution for keeping your guests entertained!

We offer drop in crafts that take 10-15 minutes to complete and can take an average of 25-40 children crafting per hour, depending on the package chosen. Have a look at some of the example crafts we can offer below.

We travel up to 20 miles from TN1 free of charge. Outside of this radius is charged at £2/mile and are considered on a case by case basis. There may be additional charges for events significantly far away.

Pricing

You can choose between the following 2 packages:

 

£450 for 2 hours of crafting (minimum)

Any additional hours are charged at £200 each.

All crafting takes place on the bus with one member of staff.

 

£700 for 2 hours of crafting (minumum)

Any additional hours are charged at £300 each.

Additional table and benches outside the bus - enabling us to cater to 40 children per hour. 2 members of staff.

 

Both packages include as standard:

  • All resources prepared and ready to go

  • Paper bags to carry their items in (if needed)

  • The bus (and outside area with the premium event package) decorated to the theme of the event/birthday

  • Lighting (and heating if access to electricity is possible)

  • Clear signage outside the bus (easels etc)

  • One craft activity (this can be swapped to a second activity for events longer than 2 hours)

Craft options

This is just a small selection of the crafts available. In the past we have matched crafts to the event theme, such as making fleecy dog toys at a dog themed market and making magic wands at a woodland festival. If you have a theme in mind let us know and we can come back with some suggestions.
