+ What deposit is required?

A £50 deposit is required to secure the spot.

+ How can I pay the balance?

We take payment via PayPal or Square in adavance of the party.

+ How big is the bus?

The Craft'd bus is 7m long and 2.4m wide. It is approximately the size of two estate cars nose to nose.

+ Where can the bus park?

The bus can park on a drive or side road, as long as it's not blocking any traffic!

+ Can the bus park on a slope?

Generally a slight slope isn't a problem! However, for lipstick making and soap making it does need to be parked on a flat surface to ensure they set straight!

+ I have a gate - is this an issue?

Please measure up first - as long as it is 2.6m wide or larger then we should be fine. If in doubt, please do check in advance as the road you are on can make a difference to how easily we can manouever in (if you are on a very narrow lane or on a busy road etc)

+ I don't have space outside my house - can I still book the Craft'd bus?

Sure! We have done parties outside cafes, in park car parks and outside village halls! However we do need access to electricity. Get in touch if you need a recommendation in your area.

+ How much is a party

Parties start from £325 for 10 children. Check out the crafty parties page for more information.

+ How many children can fit on the bus?

Up to 15, however this is dependent on the activity as some (e.g. memo boards) need more room than others. Please check the activity page for more information.

+ What age are Craft'd Bus parties suitable for?

The parties are for children turning 6 and older, but this is dependent on the activity, as some have an older age limit. Please check the activity page for more information.

+ My party is for a 6th birthday and there is a mix of 5 and 6 year olds - is that ok?

This is no problem. Basically our parties are best suited for children in Year 1 and above.

+ Does an adult need to be present?

No! But you are welcome to pop in and out if you would like!

+ Will the weather affect my party?

The bus is fully water-proof so we are not affected by rain. We also have a heater for when it's cold and an air-conditioning unit for very hot days.

+ Can younger siblings join the party?

Yes, younger siblings of the birthday child may usually join the party, although this can depend on the activity and their age, and a parent may need to be sat with them to assist. Get in touch to check.

+ Do you provide any food or drink?

No, but you can hire the bus for an extra 30 minutes if you would like food to be eaten on board. This is not provided by Craft'd.
